How long will it take for my art supplies to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Express shipping options are available at checkout for time-sensitive projects.
What is your return policy for opened materials?
We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 30 days of purchase. For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened paints, markers, or paper pads unless they are defective.
Do you offer professional or student discounts?
Yes, we offer a 10% discount to verified students and professional artists. Please upload your credentials through our 'Artist Program' page to receive your unique discount code.
How do you ensure fragile items like canvases and frames don't break?
We use specialized reinforced packaging and extra cushioning for all fragile goods. If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a full replacement.
